After #MeToo

what observations, developments and initiatives are leading to an evolution of the sector?

FREE ENTRANCE

How do we achieve equality? How can we ensure that everyone stays safe on a night out? And which practices do we need to apply in order to create a professional basis of mutual support for everyone within the music industry? Ridere.e is a new participatory and collective project that takes on precisely these kinds of questions. Cristiana Vale Pires will also be presenting community-based project "Sexism Free Night", which she co-initiated. The project aims to reduce sexualised violence and sexism on nights out and to raise the awareness of partygoers through a range of measures, to recognise gender-based violence, react to it and prevent it in the future. Following the project presentations, the discussion will be opened up to the audience to talk about how these practices can be applied and implemented in practical terms.

In Zusammenarbeit mit Helvetiarockt, SBCK, NIGHTS, Rider.e, Sexism Free Night

This workshop will be conducted in English.
