In a professional context like the m4music festival, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people. Yet factors like fatigue, packed schedules, or the sheer number of different people make building relationships a challenge.
This workshop offers a collective debrief (almost) at the end of the festival, bringing together music professionals from different linguistic regions of Switzerland. Based on concrete experiences during m4music, participants are invited to reflect on networking dynamics, identify obstacles and factors that foster authentic connections, and exchange practices.
The goal: to move beyond linguistic boundaries and strengthen professional connections between Switzerland’s different scenes.
This workshop takes place in German, French, and English.
