This six-piece band from Colchester (UK) stays true to its hip-hop core while mixing in whatever fits: sometimes grime, sometimes indie, sometimes jazz – and on their latest EP, “Petty Cash”, there’s a distinct post-punk vibe. Their surprise-bag approach works wonders: the band played on the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury Festival and recently toured with UK cult rapper Professor Green. And now: here with us.
