Albane Schlechten campaigned for the alternative scene at the Usine in Geneva. In 2016, she joined PETZI, the umbrella organisation of Swiss music clubs and festivals. Three years later, in 2019, she took over the management of the Fondation romande pour la chanson et les musiques actuelles (FCMA). Albane is strongly committed to cultural issues and gender equality in politics and has co-founded the label ‘We Can Dance iT’, which is committed to promoting a festive and equal nightlife.
