Anja Reichenbach has been working full-time on inclusion, diversity and equality for people with disabilities for many years. The trained social pedagogue accompanies transformation processes in cultural institutions for the Sensability association. In her work for the Disability Conference of the Canton of Zurich (BKZ), she focuses on implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at communal level. Her professional commitment is rounded off by various teaching assignments. As a trustee of the ‘Denk an mich’ foundation, Migros A/N Reichenbach is also a volunteer for the self-determined participation of people with disabilities in the leisure sector.
