Paz Demont is responsible for ecological sustainability at the m4music Festival – a role she took on in 2024 following a master’s thesis on sustainability at music festivals, using m4music as a case study. A long-standing member of the organising committee, she spent many years leading the festival’s gastronomy. Alongside, Paz worked at bars and behind the scenes in various clubs. In October 2023 came the move to Good News, where she co-leads ticketing and marketing. Previous roles in the live and event sector included work for Abart Club and Mainland Music. The question of how events can be organised more sustainably remains a key concern both professionally and personally.
