Raffaela Kolb (she/her) operates at the interface of culture and society with a critical view of their power structures and potential for change. Thanks to years of experience in the music industry and a master's degree in cultural journalism, she is committed to greater diversity and inclusion as project manager for Social Affairs at Salzhaus and m4music. She focuses on awareness and prevention work, tackling discrimination and sexualised violence. Her work deals with the question of how culture can promote structural change and initiate sustainable, participatory transformation processes. Beyond music, she is involved in feminist debates, for example, during the 16 Days Against Violence Against Women campaign.
