Tina Krug was born in Würzburg, Germany. She completed her training as an event manager at the Tollwood Festival in Munich, worked at the artist agency Armin Rahn Agency & Management, and later moved to the tour promoter Semmel Concerts. Subsequently, she worked for Live Legend in Berlin before becoming self-employed in 2017 in the fields of artist management, concert, and tour booking. In June 2023, she founded Honey & Spice - Music & Management GmbH, where she manages artists such as Stefanie Heinzmann, JORIS, and The Baseballs. Since February 2026, she has been the managing director of one of Germany's largest owner-operated concert agencies, Neuland Concerts GmbH. Additionally, Tina Krug is a board member of the Association of Music Managers & Consultants e.V. (IMUC) and is actively involved in BDKV Female Voice, the women's network of the Federal Association of the Concert and Event Industry (BDKV).
