When the path to the stage becomes an obstacle course: how do you make live events accessible?

FREE ENTRANCE

What is life like as a musician with a disability? What barriers do people with disabilities experience when accessing cultural events or concerts? And what do organisers need to do to make their clubs and festivals more inclusive? To mark the 10th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Switzerland and the 20th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA/BehiG), the m4music Conference is dedicated to the topic of inclusion. A discussion will highlight examples and experiences from different perspectives – on, in front of and behind the stage – to raise awareness.

This conference is conducted in German, with simultaneous translation into French.
